Versioned deliverables
Upload PNG, JPG and PDF files up to 10 MB. Revised files become new versions; earlier versions remain in the history.
Private review access
Create project-scoped invitations with expiry and revocation. File access is checked by the server.
Comments & decisions
Add comments, request changes with required feedback, or approve the current version. Stale and duplicate decisions are rejected.
Attributable history
Separate upload, comment and decision times. New client actions identify their invitation; missing legacy details stay explicitly unavailable.
Local administration
Agency name/color settings, version-and-decision CSV export, and local password recovery that revokes previous administrator sessions.

Install & operate
- One agency and one administrator per installation
- Validated locally on Windows, with Node.js 24.x and pnpm 11.19.0
- Internet for locked dependency installation and writable local storage
- Online operation requires buyer-managed hosting, HTTPS/proxy configuration and operational setup
Independent empty-store installation, compilation and local startup were checked. Full technical limitations are documented in the package’s HANDOVER.md.
Know the limits
- No email automation, billing or client accounts
- No digital signatures or verified personal identity
- Manual backups; CSV does not include standalone comments
- No independent security audit is claimed
Transfer and transition-support terms will be agreed in writing.
